Create something
- This usually applies to an artistic pursuit but anything goes
Update budget
- This happens in Mint and can take as little as 2 minutes. At the end of every month everything must be reconcilled.
Exercise
- Any semi-strenuous physical activity counts as long as it lasts at least 20 minutes.
Mediate
- Anywhere anytime
Don’t have more than 2 drinks per day
- Simple enough but hard to stick to. Beer is just so good.
Write a 5 minute journal entry
- I started this in a Moleskin and transitioned to Google Docs.
Make a daily priorities list
- I do this at the same time as the 5 minute journal.
10,000 steps
- My new juggling skill helps my Apple Watch exceed this pretty easily.
Eat Well
- The meaning of this changes but by and large, it means stick to a Paleo diet.
Intermittent fast
- This only happens once per week. 18+ hours, which really only means skipping the first or last meal of the day.
